Please call to speak with one of the staff if you have questions or concerns prior to your first visit. Hopefully our website will give you a chance to get acquainted with all that we have to offer. We are here to make your experience as pleasant as possible and hope that we can earn your faith and trust.

​Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
